Our client is a company with a history of over 70 years, a leading global expert for filtration solutions and development partner and original equipment supplier to the international automotive and mechanical engineering industries and we have production facility more than 50 locations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Business Support
- Ensuring IT Systems division activities, including IT infrastructure, IT clients, local applications, IT cyber security, and project management in location.
- Supporting business and group strategy projects rollout in location.
- Handling business relationship management in location.
- Operations Support
- Providing First Level Support for client, server, and network issues.
- Coordinating IT operations support and ensuring constant availability in cooperation with IT Service Centers in India and the Czech Republic, Corporate IT in Germany, and local IT service providers.
- Starting appropriate Second Level Support procedures and escalations where necessary.
- Handling out-of-hours cover for IT emergency cases.
- IT Management
- Creating IT Budget planning, monitoring, and collaboration with IT PSO leader and local controlling.
- Compliance with the company's instructions, guidelines, and other regulations, e.g., M+H internal audit, IATF 16949, ISO27001, TISAX, etc.
- Managing all IT vendor relationships and outsourced services to ensure service level agreements (SLA) are consistently met.
- IT reporting by responsible location, IT division, and IT area as ONE-REGIONAL-IT-SYSTEM.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Information Technology.
- Good English skills are required for communication in an international settiyearsyears’ experience in the (enterprise) information technology field.
- Experience with coordinating effectively with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams located around the world.
- Knowledge about Windows domain, network and server environments, Windows OS, and MS Office products.
- Ability to work outside normal business hours, as necessary, to meet aggressive deadlines and help the organization manage crises.
- Knowledge of ERP systems e.g. SAP is preferred.
- Familiar with manufacturing engineering, and R&D engineering knowledge.
- M+H IT role experience is an advantage.
