1.0 Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Attending Incoming Calls landing on UAN from 9:00AM to 6:00PM on all working days.
2. Maintaining Complaints & Queries log accordingly.
3. Routing them to the relevant departments/teams.
4. Responding back to the complaints within TAT.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
