Job Description

Inside Sales Representative

the role is responsible for increasing revenue and productivity for long tale customers, who needs system support using on/off line orders.

You are professional at all times, and capable of thriving under pressure, in a fast paced team environment. At all times, you place our Customers First.


Responsibilities

  • Understands Inside Strategic Customer Management(iSCM) initiatives to drive improvement of productivities and growth of small scale customers for convenient order process through website, offline, as well as promotion program.
  • Responsible to increase web site order ratio with improving convenience with user friendly planform.
  • Co-work with eBusiness & Commercial team to set up process for order process digitization to make better productivity for customers.
  • Supports the program strategy by managing projects and continuous improvement activities to optimize the organization’s customer experience.
  • Participates on key projects, mitigates impact of business change and aligns efforts across operating divisions and functions.
  • Liaises with all regions and key functions such as planning, quality, supply chain, eBusiness, manufacturing, distribution, IT and customer care to ensure alignment with functional goals, projects and roadmap.
  • Creates a culture of accountability encouraging use of program resources and experience sharing.
  • Presents/communicates findings, results and other details to all levels of the organization.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with good project management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Promote a continuous improvement approach with a focus on customer experience and loyalty
  • Successfully execute on projects by adding measurable value to the business

Required Experience, Skills and Competencies:

  • 5+ years of Commercial background including Sales, Marketing, & Customer Care.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • 2+ years of People Management experience.
  • Solid understanding of customer experience
