We are looking for a Swedish and English-speaking Customer Service Representative for a full-time workweek to cover the Nordic markets in a fast-growing Lead Generation Company.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a crucial part in the business by contacting our customers to discuss their requirements whilst providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Your Monday starts with chit-chat with your colleague about your amazing weekend. After that, you will start your week with a call queue full of eager customers looking for our help to find them an installer in our extensive network to provide them with a quote for a new boiler or solar panels.
Other responsibilities are:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to members of the public who have enquired via our websites
- Confirm and check the accuracy of customer data in relation to the job requirements
- Proactively resolve customer queries ensuring the best outcome for the customer and Leads.io
- Keep up to date with developments to our websites, products and services
- Occasionally assist our registered traders in the use of our services

Requirements
Do you have experience of the following:
- Working in a high-volume, target-driven environment?
- Working to qualitative and quantitative KPI’s – Conversion rates, Calls Per Hour, Contact Success Rates?
Do you possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of working in a Sales-focussed call centre setting?
- Intermediate/advanced PC (ideally MacBook)?
- Strong written and verbal communication skills?
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work remotely, with minimum supervision?
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to work with minimum supervision?
