1- MESSENGER OF PARADOX
You'll work in sync with our marketing wizards, delivering videos that echo the soul of Paradox.
You'll master the art of listening, identifying needs, and conjuring projects that answer the call.
You'll cast your magic to pick up on trends, creating distinct, impactful ideas for our clients and prospects.
You know the drill of the sale game and how to play it with your creative spell.
2- VIDEO MAGIC MAKING
You'll weave enchanting narratives through long-format interview videos, client testimonials, and e-learning videos.
Your wand (read: cursor) will add graphics, music, and sound to elevate the story beyond the ordinary.
You'll brainstorm with the crew to ensure our content stays aligned with our brand vision.
3- POST PRODUCTION MASTERY
You'll be the gatekeeper, ensuring that all your videos pass the quality and 'no error' test before they see the light of day.
You'll don the technical hat, managing all video editing and media storage.
You'll master the art of encoding, converting, and editing videos, synchronizing them with audio.
4- PIONEER OF CREATIVITY
You'll have the floor to pitch innovative ideas and concepts for video content.
You'll keep an ear to the ground, staying updated on the latest industry trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
You'll be our explorer, finding new ways of showcasing our video content across digital platforms.
5- GROWTH GUARDIAN
Your organizational prowess will ensure that anyone can jump onto your projects without needing extra guidance.
You'll be the scribe, documenting processes and creating educational templates, adding immense value to the team.
You might also guide fellow editors, providing reviews and vision to help them grow.

Our recruitment process is tailored to do our best to avoid that you or us realize that we’re not a perfect fit in two or six months.
