Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of top online and offline merchants (including, but not limited to, leads generation, cold contact, seller visit, onboarding and incubating).
- Assist with tracking seller acquisition and incubation progress, provide feedback and drive improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants.
- Help merchants become familiar with the platform rules, policies and its features.
- Maintain quality service and cooperation with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Actively enrolled university student who is able to work 4-5 days a week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, feel comfortable reaching out to new people.
- Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
- Willing to learn and able to work as a team.
- Interested in the e-commerce industry and adaptive to a fast-paced working environment.
- English proficiency is a must.
