Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of departmental functions, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to gather, organize, and analyse data from various sources, including internal databases, spreadsheets, and external systems.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and generate valuable insights for decision making.
- Prepare and present reports, summaries, and visualizations of data analysis findings to departmental stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Liaise closely with Engineering and Procurement on materials preparation and logistics arrangement, checking the delivered paint materials with batch numbers and ensuring the paint is as per specification before storage
- Prepares job-list, work schedule and planning of manpower resources (i.e. Yard and contractors) and facilities, liaising closely with Staging department, HSE Engineer and subcontractors for on-site coordination.
- Responsible for the preparation of procedures, risk assessment, HSE work method statement, painting & blasting permit and etc. issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with knowledge and experience in Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
- Understanding of engineering principles and departmental functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Access, including database design, querying, and reporting
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modelling techniques
- No Experience / Entry Level candidate are welcome (On Job Training will be provided)
