As an Umrah Consultant, your role will involve providing expert guidance and support to individuals or groups planning to undertake the religious pilgrimage of Umrah. You will be responsible for assisting clients with various aspects of their Umrah journey, including visa processing, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, itinerary planning, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout their pilgrimage.Your responsibilities will be to1) Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, and provide personalized advice and recommendations for their Umrah journey.2) Assist clients in obtaining Umrah visas by explaining the visa application process, gathering required documents, and coordinating with relevant authorities or agencies to ensure timely and successful visa approvals.3) Create comprehensive itineraries, considering the religious requirements and recommended practices of Umrah, as well as incorporating clients' desired activities and visits to significant sites.4) Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, visa applications, and other essential documents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.5) Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions, rules and regulations in the region.The ideal candidate is1) Proven experience as an Umrah Consultant or in a similar travel-related role.2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4) Proficient in using relevant computer software and travel booking platforms.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹10,000.00 per month
