Responsibilities:
- End to end redemption campaigns setup and execution
- Liaise with product managers on campaign mechanics and specifics (e.g. duration, sales forecast, etc.)
- Monitoring of gifts inventory balance and request for re-stock where necessary
- Co-ordinate delivery of gifts to redemption centers and/or warehouse
- Update and monitor delivery status on a regular basis
- Brief sales, product and customer support teams about campaigns and user journey
- Train validation agents and/or offline redemption staff on redemption system
- User accounts management in system
- Reporting on redemption campaigns performance (e.g. run rate, by retailers, campaigns)
- Serves as single point of contact for all redemption related matters
- Discuss and propose resolutions with relevant stakeholders for exception cases (e.g. gift item out of stock, late submission of redemptions, etc.)
- Work with technical teams on system enhancements (e.g. confirm requirements, testing, etc.) requested by stakeholders
- Prepare promotion calendar consolidation & trade in report (weekly)
- Support preparation for updates/reports to management

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holders in a related field
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Good in both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding about redemption service and operations a plus
- Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, goal-oriented, excellent ability to multi-task, motivated self-starter who can work well in a team environment
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in handling business stakeholders

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
