National Contract Logistics Distribution Manager [South Korea]

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to manage the entire domestic distribution network in accordance with the overall strategic plan with a high focus on gaining + retaining customers. You will do this by leading your team along with working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• To manage performance in order to achieve agreed client service levels + costs within budgetary requirements
• To ensure a safe a+ compliant environment in line with both internal standards + external regulations.
• To analyze our transport network + implement strategic strategies to create efficiencies + sustainability.
• To lead process implementation to ensure a continuous improvement culture is established + maintained.

Your Skills and Experiences

Your strong leadership skills + knowledge of distribution, along with your customer + people relationships will be the key to your success.
