Marketing Senior Assistant Manager – Prestige Korea

Main Job Purpose:
This role will newly lead brand launch and growth of prestige skin care brand in Korea, working effectively with brand country lead, and cross functional teams. You will adhere to the original brand business philosophy and values and lead all aspects of brand marketing including strategic planning, landing innovations, brand implementation and executions.
Key Accountabilities:
Create marketing strategies and brand marketing plans to win in local market and stand out from the competition
Identify opportunities and challenges to create short to long-term strategies in brand building
Take lead as a brand guardian, adhering to global guidelines
Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans, plan and execute responsible brand campaign & activities
Regularly review effectiveness / outcomes of campaigns and monitor the performance against goals.
Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, packaging, and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate as necessary within the organization
Collaborate with cross functional teams and agencies to deliver on-time innovation launch.
Track and analyse brand P&L, understand growth drivers and identify issues, challenges and opportunities to deliver sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 8 years of marketing experience within the consumer goods/professional skincare (manufacturer or distributor) industries required.
Managerial and .com experience required.
Premium/Masstige brand experience required.
National retail marketing experience preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent management skills - Ability to interface with a wide range of individuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills - Quickly identify and work through obstacles.
Conceptual thinking - can integrate various sources of information into one coherent idea.
Superior execution abilities - deliver what needs to be done to meet objectives, prioritizes and plans work actions, establishes, and meets goals and objectives.
Innovative - Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness and with positivity.
Strategic thinker - Must be able to create and execute a strategy for accounts yet revise plans in mid- course if necessary.
Fluency in Korean and English
