Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspect of people, resource and process for capcity planning, KPI setup, continuous improvement to drive high level of IT service delivery within the country
  • Ensure IT operation standards, processes and procedures are executed and comply against SLA, Cyber, SOX and Non-SOX for IT systems and devices in the country.
  • Execute and monitor local project development and communicate progression to all stakholders. Be part of the regional manufacturing team to collaborate and share resources& best practice and bring best values to country for continous improvement. Be the voice of country for any global and regional IT projects execution
  • Plan, manage and control IT AOP and CAPEX Budget to efficiently meet business objectives and deliver results
  • Build a high performance team through people develoment, career pathing and sucession planning to meet Top Talent and IT Center of Excellency Establish development measures and appraise the performance of subordinates.


Qualifications:

  • At least 10-year experince in variety of IT support and operations ie,SAP, System, Infrastrcture and application developement
  • Ability to translate business requirement into IT solutions
  • Understanding of SAP - Basis/ Processes / Configurations / Master data
  • Ability to mange/lead & Build team & interact effectively with IT team members
  • Understanding ITIL, Project Management Methodology
  • Knowledge of SOX and IT security framework
  • Understanding of the LAN / WAN architecture, OS & Applications and backup technology
  • good Leadership, innovative, and communication skills
  • Ability to deal, negotiate and have vendor & contract management
  • Excellent system & business analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of IT field and in-depth knowledge & technical expertise of multi-area in Network, Data Center and Server setup
  • Intermediate knowledge of management principles.Has knowledge of creative means to recognize team and individual accomplishments.
  • Able to handle multi projects symmultaneously
  • Strong command of English
  • Have the necessary leadership, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal and able to work well under complex working environment
  • Effective written & oral Communications
  • Good presentation skills, and meeting leadership and facilitation skills.
