NVIDIA is looking for an excellent Manager Firmware Design for NVIDIA FW PHY Group. The person will lead the new and next development programs for NVIDIA Networking Ethernet Switches product lines. As a manager of PHY team, you will lead the development process of Logical and Algorithm aspects in the Switch Port connectivity layer. The position includes working closely with NVIDIA FW PHY designers, architecture, customer-support teams to gain a deep understanding of NVIDIA's Networking products and technologies. What you'll be doing:

Leading the PHY development team for new PHY layer for the XDR (800G) and Legacy Ethernet Switch product lines.

Be responsible for program planning of designing and delivering new Ethernet networking features

Hands-On for debugging real problems of FW PHY flows on customer setups

Innovate! Bring NVIDIA products to the next quality level.
What we need to see:

B.Sc.\M.Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
-
3 years of experience as Team Leader
-
7+ years of experience with C in Real-Time Embedded system
-
Experience in leading and guiding a team
-
Knowledge in System Networking
-
Debug skills
-
Creative, motivated and collaborative person
