Job Description:
- Provide leadership for factory operation and lead the organization to achieve business goals and KPIs.
- Responsible for factory budget control to achieve P&L goals.
- Continuously drive factory operational efficiency, productivity, Quality improvement, and on-time delivery.
- Develop factory production plan and drive production optimization by working with relevant with departments.
- Implement and uphold company policies and SOPs at the factory to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above qualifications in any discipline, educational background in textile/apparel related discipline is a plus.
- 10 years and above of garment industry work experience with minimum 5 years in managerial position, and well versed in factory operations.
- Experience in managing projects and implementations.
- Leadership skills with excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: 60,000,000₫ - 90,000,000₫ per month
