Business analyst AMOI [Norway]


 

Full-time position in Oslo in a hybrid working environment.


AMOI is looking for a business analyst to be part of a cross functional team building a fast growing, e-commerce marketplace platform.

We’re looking for a person that has experience from business analyses, and if you also have experience from product analysis and digital products it’s viewed as meriting.

We’re looking for a business analyst to take on the challenge of deeply understanding our business, users and product performance - translating numbers, customer statements and data to insights that can improve our business performance. You will be a central part in the development of our future business, working on both strategic issues and digging into detailed matters.

What will you do at AMOI?
This role will be responsible to deeply understand our data and analyze how we can improve business and product performance. Through gathering, structuring and analysing data you will create actionable insights. A glimpse of what your responsibilities would be:

  • Analyse and define metrics to continuously improve our business
  • Gather and analyse data to support product performance and product improvements
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and benchmarks to identify business opportunities
  • Assist in achieving short- and long-term goals related to growth
  • Create business cases and market estimations
  • Be involved in conducting experiments and analysing the results
  • Work in BI-tools (Tableau & Piwik) and be a stakeholder in defining what data that’s needed to measure business and product success
  • Work with data-strategy to secure that AMOI capture the real value of data


This role will be reporting to the CPO of AMOI and will be working closely with the rest of the AMOI team. The role will also work closely with the CEO of AMOI on developing business cases and analysing improvement areas.

  • You have experience as an analyst (or similar) and can structure and translate data into insights
  • You’re a great communicator and love to build data driven recommendations based on data- and customer feedback
  • You have experience from marketplaces, e-commerce or similar consumer facing digital products

You will be working with the Nordics as your market and the location of work is based in Norway.
We have offices in Oslo and Stockholm where you are more than welcome - in combination with the offices we apply a hybrid model on where you work from to offer a flexible working environment
