The role of the Local Admin EA Support is to provide exceptional “local” support based on a strong knowledge and application of firm processes, tools, and specialized needs of each of those PPED supported by our offshore EA. The “Local Admin EA Support” contact will complete tasks on a request basis delivered in collaborative and cost-effective manner, reflecting an active knowledge-sharing culture.


Major Responsibilities/Duties


General administrative service

The requests that can be sent by PPEDs or GDS EAs or tasks such as:

  • Scanning of receipts and other documentation
  • Meeting room management (physical check-ins of MR) & event support and coordination
  • Arrangement of courier items and support on collection/distribution of parcels/documents received for the PPEDs as needed
  • Collection of print jobs
  • Lodgement of visa applications
  • Welcoming of DAPs and helping them settle in their new office including registration of access cards in printers (upon request)


The position holder will perform other responsibilities and tasks as required to achieve the agreed performance outcomes.


Objectives/Measures


  • Performance against quantitative and qualitative KPIs set in conjunction with the BSC Leader
  • Successful execution of agreed tasks and projects
  • Positive verbal and written feedback from colleagues and stakeholders group


Skills & Competencies


  • GCE 'O' Level or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a team administrative role is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong client service focus
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Committed team player, sharing knowledge and best practice
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS office and EY tools)
