As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Warsaw, we are looking for a Test Manager in the Supply Chain Technology Area within our Digital & Technology Delivery Organization.
Pandora is embarking on an ambitious path to deliver on our Digital strategy to build an agile end-to-end supply chain delivery. We are embracing a scaled Agile structured around product teams with clear focus on outcomes. A strong and passionate Test Manager is a key component of realizing these ambitions. In this newly created role, you will support the introduction of our test management practices and ensure adoption into our product teams. This is a hands-on technical role, with a high degree of collaboration with numerous areas to drive cultural change and raise the maturity levels of the continuous delivery practices.
You will be accountable for the test strategy and the implementation of all required test phases within the Product Line.

This role is a part of the next phase of Pandora’s transformation journey placing technology at the heart of evolving our business and delivering growth.

You should understand and be able to drive the concept of accurately defining, owning and securing execution of the test strategy. You understand the complexity of a global company as well as the need of simplicity and standardization – while not comprising the co-worker experience.
Your role as a Test manager:
In this Digital & Technology role, you will be accountable for defining the test strategy for the Supply Chain Technology domain. This includes defining the scope of testing within each release and being accountable for test case design on both functional and non-functional level. Besides this you will as well be responsible for ensuring appropriate test environment setup for the domain and co-responsible for introducing suitable metrics for evaluating test progress and assessing product quality.
What you will be doing:
- Plan and secure execution of all test phases; SIT, E2E, UAT and regression testing.
- Ensuring visibility and traceability of the test execution and progress towards teams and stakeholders
- Establish a test plan according to the defined scope as per the delivery plan
- Work in an agile environment delivering to production daily
- Responsible for all Test Tools Development and configuration management activities
- Evaluate and implement test automation frameworks and tools to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for shift left testing, test automation and lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and development teams to integrate test automation into the continuous integration and delivery pipeline.
- Coaching the team on importance of testing and coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
- Responsible for all KPIs related to all test phases.
What is needed to succeed:
- 5+ years in developing, defining and executing test strategies (preferably within the Supply Chain Technology Domain)
- 5+ years of experience in a test managerial role
- 3+ years of experience configuring and administrating testing tools
- 3+ years in complex testing of various integration patterns in scalable architecture environment
- Fluent English - our day-to-day language is English
- Ability to work independently and with strong self-management capabilities
- Experience writing Automated black box tests and regression & understanding of A/B testing is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering processes applicable for custom app development and integration business
- To be oriented on business needs and being a shield for the QA team at the same time
