Receptionist [Singapore]


 

We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting the guests and visitors. You will be in charge of contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones, taking messages, sorting and distributing mail.

The candidate will need the following: flexibility is essential, as well as a willingness to assist with tasks, help solve unforeseen problems, answer queries etc. Good communication is an essential attribute.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors, offer refreshments and notify appropriate staff of their arrival
  • Answering / transferring incoming calls, helping with enquiries
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and shredding
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the Reception Area
  • In charge of uniform order and pantry supplies
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks when required
  • Working together with the office cleaners to keep office and meeting rooms tidy

Knowledge & Skills Requirement

  • Minimum N level / Office skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an office receptionist
  • Has dealt with highly sensitive issues and strictly confidential matters.
  • Strong technology skills and proficiency in Outlook, IT skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration technologies
