We are looking for a process performance engineer to join our team based in Amsterdam! Your #1 goal will be to support the production of the best chocolate in the world. As our new process performance engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop and optimize the manufacturing process and capabilities for all our chocolate products, allowing us to increase production and meet the demands of our growing fanbase.
At Tony's Chocolonely, we are looking for someone with experience supporting a production site, who can help us ensure we have the right technology in place to deliver the desired amount of chocolate products. You will work closely with our Product team to understand their ideas and lead the process of industrializing those kitchen samples. You will also stay up to date with the latest market trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to improve our manufacturing process and drive capacity improvements on the existing production lines.
What you will do:
- lead production facilities in engineering projects and help manage the project until implementation and ensure its documentation.

- provide subject matter expertise to the site team by offering technical guidance and insight for new process optimisation.
- identify, select, and deploy the best techniques for chocolate product production.
- work closely with our Product team to understand their ideas and lead the process of industrializing those kitchen samples.
- Experience developing and optimising manufacturing process and capabilities for a production site, preferably a food manufacturing environment.
- Professional training or experience in project management and continuous improvement, where you have proven to have the ability to lead multidisciplinary groups in a project setting.
