The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with great digital knowledge and with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to prepared marketing plan
Responsible of the Social Media Marketing Strategy Plan: owned, paid and earned media. Strengthen customer relationships through Paid Social and Earned Media, monitoring both hotel and restaurant and competitors' presence on social media for performance enhancement.
Maximize revenue from PPC, Google Ads, SEO, Retarget Marketing, Meta Search and other performance marketing activities based on hotel business priorities, seasonality and marketing plan.
Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years work experience as Marketing Manager or in the similar position (preferable in luxury hotel)
Experience with Digital Marketing
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
Clear concise written and refined verbal communication skills in English and Czech.
