Al Khaleej Palace Deira Hotel is looking for an experienced Hotel Reservation Agent with a minimum experience of 2 years in Hotel's Reservation Department.
Job Descriptions:
· Answers guest questions about hotel facilities/services (hours of operation, room availability, restricted dates, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
· Handles all incoming calls and guest inquiries to in accordance with the reservations standards.
· Use sales techniques when assisting guests in making reservations, including personalizing calls, obtaining complete guest needs, suggesting alternate dates or directing guests to sister properties on sold out days.
· Maintains complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
· Maintains a high level of communication and feedback within the department.
· Verifies all reservation information with callers to ensure accuracy.
· Accommodates and document special requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
· Resolves guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
