Family Management Advisor (User Engagement & Event Coordinator) [Turkey]


 

Job Responsibilities

1. Regularly plan in app activities and initiatives designed for the family user structure to stimulate user participation

2. Establish and develop understandings from our users; leverage communications to improve user experience and increase user growth

3. Communicate and establish relationships with family leaders of various levels

4. Expand family user group participation and grow existing participation rates 5. Work cross collaboratively to ensure monthly revenue targets are met

6. Data analysis of family activities and interaction behavior to provide weekly insights

to management; leveraging these insights to drive the business forward

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any specialization (Open to fresh graduates)
  • German speaking ability (Preferably at B2 Level and above)
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for operational data analysis and reporting
  • Flexibility with night shifts
