Business Development Representative - Appointment Setter [Thailand]


 
Job Description:
New Business Development:
  • Research, identify, and generate new sales opportunities (I.e., appointment setting) via outbound emails & social media platforms.
  • Qualify, build, and maintain our sales pipeline.

    Effectively handover qualified sales opportunities to the sales team.
  • Consistently achieve the monthly and quarterly quota.

Lead Qualification & Customer Re-engagement:
  • Qualify incoming contacts & leads.
  • Follow-through with leads to schedule meetings for respective Sales Representatives.
  • Re-engage with existing customers to generate new business opportunities .

CRM Excellence:
  • Responsible for accurately entering and managing the data within our CRM.
  • Partner with marketing, sales and executive teams to maintain and improve data management.

Qualification:
  • Native English speaking or at least a qualification in English language is a bonus.
  • Experience in appointment setting
  • Experience in using email automation software
  • Knowledge about email marketing and setup; i.e., DKIM/SPF set up and domain warming.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel and word.
  • Digital marketing background
  • Analytical and reporting skills
