Job Description:
New Business Development:
- Research, identify, and generate new sales opportunities (I.e., appointment setting) via outbound emails & social media platforms.
- Qualify, build, and maintain our sales pipeline.

Effectively handover qualified sales opportunities to the sales team.- Consistently achieve the monthly and quarterly quota.
Lead Qualification & Customer Re-engagement:
- Qualify incoming contacts & leads.
- Follow-through with leads to schedule meetings for respective Sales Representatives.
- Re-engage with existing customers to generate new business opportunities .
CRM Excellence:
- Responsible for accurately entering and managing the data within our CRM.
- Partner with marketing, sales and executive teams to maintain and improve data management.
Qualification:
- Native English speaking or at least a qualification in English language is a bonus.
- Experience in appointment setting
- Experience in using email automation software
- Knowledge about email marketing and setup; i.e., DKIM/SPF set up and domain warming.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and word.
- Digital marketing background
- Analytical and reporting skills
