We are currently looking for a full time Live In Caretaker to join our friendly and professional team at Oaks Mackay Carlyle Suites.
** Please note this is not a paid employment based contract. Accommodation is provided as remuneration. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom dual key unit. Electricity and water are included. Caretaking agreement available for single or couple.**
Monday - Friday: 8pm - 9am
Weekends & Public Holidays: 6pm - 9am
- Hours are subject to change
Key Responsibilities Include:
- To facilitate any late arrivals for check-in
- To respond to emergencies in the building during the evenings
- To respond to noise complaints
- To complete the after-hours call-out log book for all call-outs
- To apply all procedures as advised by the Company to the Caretaker as being required
- Ensure all information is handed over to the Company’s oncoming staff for the next shift
- Previous Front Office experience is advantageous.

- A high level of self-motivation and confidence
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skills
