About the Role
As the Head of Product at TyrAds, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company's product strategy. You will work closely with the company's project management team to define and implement product roadmaps that align with the company's overall business objectives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of the company's products.

1.5k- 3k USD (In-Line with your expertise)

Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute the company's product strategy: In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's product strategy, including defining the company's product vision, creating product roadmaps, and overseeing the development and launch of new products.
2) Manage a team of product managers: You will be responsible for leading a team of product managers who will work on various aspects of the product development process. You will ensure that the team is aligned with the company's overall strategy and that they are working effectively to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with other teams within the company, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the products being developed meet the needs of customers and the company's overall business objectives.
4) Conduct market research and analysis: You will conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new products and features, and to ensure that the company's products are competitive in the marketplace.
5) Monitor product performance: You will track and analyze the performance of the company's products, using metrics such as user engagement, retention, and revenue, and make data-driven decisions to improve the performance of the products.
Skills & Experience Required:
To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for someone who would be able to;
1) Oversee the development and execution of the company's product strategy and development
2) Manage our agency system product and Tyr rewards product together with the project manager
3) Build the technical team to deliver towards the goals of our system
4) Set up all products roadmaps for within the TyrAds group portfolio
5) Set up launch of the SAAS product line of TyrAds products
6) Set up launch of TyrAds SDK for Incentivized apps
7) Must have experience in product management and a strong understanding of mobile app development processes and tools
8) Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, Flutter, and Data languages like Python and Jason
9) Good understanding of AWS and databases
10) Good understanding of data models and statistics in general
11) Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
