Purpose of this Job
- Responsible for competitive budget preparation, professional project execution in planned budget after order for projects assigned to her/ him and support sales activities. On time and on scope of supply and work for projects assigned to him / her.
Duties&Responsibility
- Prepare competitive budget proposals according to project scope of supply.
- Review and understand project specifications and requirements from customers, and contract descriptions from product companies
- Lead internal / external kick-off meetings, technical clarification meetings, and inspection and test meetings as a project manager to assigned projects.
- Review supplier proposals, and then place orders to successful bidders according to technical and commercial evaluation results on their proposals.
- Prepare vendor document and drawings as per project execution procedure
- Follow up documents/ drawing approvals, and prepare regular progress reports
- Monitor overall manufacturing status, and expedite or support product companies or suppliers in order to protect delivery delay
- Arrange inspections and tests at manufacturer shops of product companies or suppliers as per inspection and test plans approved by customers.
- Attend witnessed inspections or tests at shops, and resolve punch lists issued during those inspections or tests together
- Prepare shipping document requested by customers
- Assist service engineer or supervisor for resolving the site punch list and executing commissioning work, and any of site inspection or test if required
- Prepare final vendor data books or the manufacturing data records
- Support sales engineers in invoicing on time by providing support for documentation in time.
- Receive invoices from inter-companies or suppliers, and deliver them to logistics for payment in time
- Prepare project closing report with cost calculation, and lessons and learns
- Archive final project documents, drawings, and records
- Accurate order/ budget management and project execution in SAP system.
Qualifications
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel and Power point
- University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent
- Good team player, communicator and cooperator
- Preferred work experience/ understand of semiconductor, air separation.
