We are currently seeking Full Time Experienced House keepers to join the pre opening team at The Leinster Hotel. If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and standards we would love to hear from you!

Reporting to: Housekeeping Manager

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Service guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the required standard.
  • Replace all guest supplies and stationery when necessary and to standard.
  • To clean floors, walls and fittings
  • To clean carpets, upholstery and soft furnishings
  • To handle linen
  • Reporting any maintenance problems within rooms or public areas to the Accommodation Manager.
  • Reporting DND or No Service/vacant rooms required each day.
  • To replenish and tidy trolley each day at the end of shift.
  • Dispose of dirty linen using trolley provided.
  • Dispose of rubbish, following correct procedures.
  • Removes food trays to exit areas, keeping corridors free from debris at all times.
  • Deals with guest enquiries and requirements in a friendly and polite manner.
  • Responsible for keys in possession, and ensure they are handed in before leaving the hotel.
  • To keep staff/work areas tidy and safe at all times.
  • Mark and hand in all lost property to the Accommodation Manager.
  • To know fire evacuation procedures
  • Carries out any extra duties allocated by Manager/Supervisor without hesitation.
  • To attend any meeting or training sessions required by Management
  • Perform any related duties assigned by Accommodation Manager.
