You will manage your own portfolio and convince small companies and businesses to join Salt for an unique experience of service in Telecommunication.
You’re literally the voice of the brand, and our strong relationship between Salt and our clients starts with you.
Tasks:
- Thanks to your keen sales sense, your main task will be to acquire new corporate customers by telephone.
- Identifying customers’ needs, researching customer issues and providing clear solutions via phone
- Document all customer interactions through a CRM system and use tools appropriately
- Sales Mobile and Fix solution to Business Customer
- Identify and leverage potential new acquisition, upsell, cross sell, retention.
- With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will work on prospecting campaigns, proactively contacting companies by telephone and/or email to sell Salt Business products and services.
- You will convey Salt Business' values, brand and positioning.
Requirements and skills
- Previous experience in a sales role by Phone in Outbound and achieving of targets and KPI’s
- You have excellent negotiating and sales skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening and build strong relationship with prospects
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other office tools
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to set priorities, manage time effectively and adapt in a changing environment
- Language skills: DE or FR or IT, Good spoken and written skills
