Position: Senior IT Support Administrator

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time, on-site


Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Troubleshoot issues on a corporate LAN
  • configure network equipment for efficient network operations
  • Administer VMware ESXI and VCenter
  • Manage and administer Office 365 services
  • Administer Azure AD and Active Directory (AD)
  • Provide customer support for switches and routers
  • Set up and support Windows servers
  • Set up and support Linux servers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Extensive experience in Linux and server management
  • Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting on a corporate LAN
  • Ability to plan and configure network equipment effectively
  • Proficient in administering VMware ESXI and VCenter
  • Experience in administering Office 365 services
  • Proficiency in administering Azure AD and Active Directory (AD)
  • Customer support experience with switches and routers
  • Familiarity with Mikrotik, FortiGate, Ubiquity Unify AP, and Ubiquity switches is advantageous
  • Experience in setting up and supporting Windows servers is compulsory
  • Experience in setting up and supporting Linux servers is needed
  • Previous management experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Flexibility to work extra hours and on weekends if neccessary in case of urgent cases
  • Previous management experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with Mikrotik, FortiGate, Ubiquity Unify AP, and Ubiquity switches is an advantage.
