Position: Senior IT Support Administrator
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time, on-site
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot issues on a corporate LAN
- configure network equipment for efficient network operations
- Administer VMware ESXI and VCenter
- Manage and administer Office 365 services
- Administer Azure AD and Active Directory (AD)
- Provide customer support for switches and routers
- Set up and support Windows servers
- Set up and support Linux servers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong proficiency in English
- Extensive experience in Linux and server management
- Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting on a corporate LAN
- Ability to plan and configure network equipment effectively
- Proficient in administering VMware ESXI and VCenter
- Experience in administering Office 365 services
- Proficiency in administering Azure AD and Active Directory (AD)
- Customer support experience with switches and routers
- Familiarity with Mikrotik, FortiGate, Ubiquity Unify AP, and Ubiquity switches is advantageous
- Experience in setting up and supporting Windows servers is compulsory
- Experience in setting up and supporting Linux servers is needed
- Previous management experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work extra hours and on weekends if neccessary in case of urgent cases
- Previous management experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with Mikrotik, FortiGate, Ubiquity Unify AP, and Ubiquity switches is an advantage.
