Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances
- Install or repair drywall, flooring, and other interior finishes
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and other team members
