Director, Corporate Marketing [Denmark]


 
Do you want to shape and execute our corporate marketing strategy? We are now looking for an Director of Corporate Marketing who will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs that drive brand awareness, and customer engagement in alignment with Stibo Systems’ business goals and objectives.
Role & responsibilities
The Director of Corporate Marketing directs, implements, monitors, and evaluates marketing communications strategy and programs, including leading the PR strategy, and events management, internal communication, external communications, advertising, events, and branding. In the role you will be working closely with Integrated Digital and Campaigns to coordinate content in order to strengthen our company's thought leadership, SEO position, and demand generation, as well work with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management.

Furthermore:
  • Leadership: Lead the activities of the Corporate Marketing department, including managing department personnel, motivation, expanding, and training a high-performing team. Developing and managing the annual department budget
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CMO and executive team to define the brand marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Stibo Systems' overall business objectives.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Review and define brand messaging & positioning in collaboration with key stakeholders, that you will then use to develop and launch strategic brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement with key audiences.
  • Content Marketing: Lead and execute a content strategy - that engages our customers & prospects, with the goal of providing value/ insight in every interaction, making Stibo Systems a go-to destination for knowledge. Develop a “content center of excellence” accountable for quality of the content across marketing by defining guidelines, recommendations and serve as an ultimate expert for content quality and strategic fit.
  • Internal Communications: Partner with HR and the Chief of Staff to drive internal communications, All-Hands meetings, and employer brand initiatives.
  • Crisis management: Develop and execute communication plan for crisis, issues, and emergencies;
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop metrics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Tooling & Resources: Own and manage requirements definition, selection, and implementation of content-related technologies such as AI tools. Also, own & manage the selection of and relationship with new/ existing vendors.

Who we are looking for:
In this role, we are looking for a strong leader who will focus on getting the best from the team in place today while owning the development of world-class brand positioning, differentiated thought leadership and content, and engaging event experiences.
Furthermore:
  • You have 7+ years of corporate/ brand marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech.
  • 5+ years management experience with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • A true believer in the power of storytelling and experience building compelling content that resonates with a target audience.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
