GoTeam is looking for a Virtual Recruitment Support, whose primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive assistance to the team of Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Consultants in coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to recruiters, candidates, and clients. The tasks will involve handling paperwork for new and placed candidates and maintaining accurate records throughout the process.

Each year, your client connects over 3,500 doctors with a new role that aligns with their goals and lifestyle needs. Each and every position they fill contributes to a successful career for a doctor and a stronger healthcare system overall.


In this position, you will be:

New Candidate Management

  • Conducting thorough screening of new candidates, including performing Google searches and verifying their medical board certifications, such as AHPRA and overseas medical board searches, as requested by team members.
  • Saving received paperwork and candidate information to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system promptly to ensure the progress of placements.
  • Assisting in formatting candidate CVs to present their qualifications and experiences effectively.

On-going Administration

  • Ensuring that all candidate documents are correctly named, dated, and organized according to the established protocol. Keeping the candidate records up to date and archiving old records as per the set guidelines.
  • Handling tasks related to the CRM system, including adding new vacancies and candidates, updating information, and managing data efficiently.
  • Collecting and formatting practice profiles for clients, presenting essential information about the available positions.
  • Providing evidence of online advertising as required for regulatory purposes.
  • Obtaining verbal references for candidates when requested by team members.
  • Assisting in managing the timesheet and invoice process to ensure smooth and accurate payment procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in paperwork and candidate screening.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate a track record of efficient paperwork management and organizational skills from previous administrative roles.
  • Possess a basic understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate screening and document verification.
  • Familiarity with medical board certifications, such as AHPRA and overseas certifications, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing candidate and client data.
  • Proficiency in using search engines and online tools for candidate screening.
  • Display the ability to work efficiently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Collaborate effectively with the recruitment team and provide support to their efforts.
  • Being flexible and adaptable to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
