We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent for our organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a targeted approach to sourcing and attracting the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a targeted approach to sourcing and attracting the right candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and evaluations to ensure they meet the requirements of the position and align with our organizational culture.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition resources.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, and maintain effective communication with candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
