Responsibilities
- Sourcing direct and indirect materials/services for the company and ensure the cost meets request of customers/IC customers
- Negotiate contract with suppliers, defining all the terms and conditions (price, payment term, delivery term, lead time, capacity, etc.) on favour of the company
- Follow up new project purchasing and make sure the new project smoothly going to mass production
- Define cost saving target annually and control the total cost level under control
- Collect market information of different industries via different ways to support sourcing decisions in various project
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Above 5 years working experience in sourcing
- Experience in project sourcing and raw materials and non-direct sourcing
- Good supplier development and agreement negotiation skills
- Quick response on data analysis and problem solving
- Good command of English both in written and oral
- Good communication skills and logical thinking ability
