Job Description: Service Adviser (Garage) - UAE
Overview:We're hiring a customer-oriented Service Adviser for our UAE garage. You'll bridge the gap between our skilled technicians and clients, delivering excellent service and addressing customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Warmly greet customers, understand their automotive concerns, and offer tailored service solutions.
- Service Recommendations: Advise customers on vehicle issues, provide transparent service recommendations, and cost estimates.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointments to ensure timely service completion.
- Work Progress Updates: Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional services or products.
- Complaint Handling: Address customer concerns professionally and collaborate with the team for resolutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on automotive trends and maintenance practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details.
- Quality Control: Conduct checks to ensure high service standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous customer-facing role in the automotive industry preferred.
- Automotive Knowledge: Solid understanding of vehicle mechanics and common issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with using automotive service management tools.
- Professionalism: Present a courteous demeanor at all times.
- Team Player: Collaborate well within a diverse team.
- UAE Driving License: Preferred.
