Purpose of the Job:
Repairing of IT equipment In House computers, printers, scanners touch screens.
Key Outputs:
· Preparing new computer systems, and repairing of equipment
· Fault finding on equipment
· Maintaining and troubleshooting existing software
· Updating and checking computer security programs
· Analysing computer function and repairing hardware
· Updating of software of equipment
· Assisting employees with technical issues
· Repairing of Printers, computers, scanner, touch screens
· Be able to work under pressure
· Assist with admin
Minimum Skills Required & Job Specific Requirements:
· Must have completed a 3- or 4-year IT Qualification at a recognised Higher Learning Institution
· Qualification to include either A+ or N+
· Active listening
· Problem-solving
· Analytical thinking (assess how an IT Equipment functions to create a solution)
· Technical skills
