Our client is an International Real Estate Investment Group looking for a Senior Civil Engineer for a project manager role based in Lisbon.
Descrição
- Visit and evaluate properties of interest, like hotels or other Commercial Buildings. Analyze Architecture & Engineering plans and the Construction context of the project to estimate all hard costs and soft costs involved in these operations.
- Forecast schedules and report other risks involved regarding project execution.
- Conduct technical visits and elaborate reports.
- Manage bidding processes and analyse construction budgets.
Acquaint issues related to the licensing process of real estate projects (City Hall and other Public Entities);
- Contract management and supervision of all construction/refurbishment works
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Civil Engineering.-Good knowledge of hotel and commercial buildings construction legislation. Experience with entities such as Turismo de Portugal and other regulatory entities.
- Solid skills in construction contract & project management, budget analysis, property valuation, work inspection & supervision (cost/quality/schedule)
- Good technical knowledge of Hotel buildings, Commercial buildings & refurbishment in general
- Fluent in English
