Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive assistance to the project team on all project-related matters.
- Assist in sourcing materials and compiling quotations from various vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage material delivery orders and submit them as required.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to the project team.
- Process and track invoices from principals and vendors.
- Manage, maintain records, and update all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Communicate and collaborate with local and overseas principals and vendors.
- Coordinate with logistic vendors to secure the best shipping prices and prepare shipping documents accordingly.
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments, ensuring accurate quantity and quality for delivery preparation.
- Develop and maintain project systems, including data management and filing.
- Assist in preparing operational write-ups and other updates.
- Prepare reports, take minutes, create meeting agendas, and assist in presentations.
- Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements, visas, accommodations, and exhibitions.
- Be willing to travel overseas for job assignments as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Job Requirements:
- 'N' or 'O' levels, Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and Mandarin.
- Possesses a pleasant personality with a good working attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
