We're looking for an ambitious Office Administrator for our CTO team. The CTO team is a small, elite team that aims to build next-generation Algorithmic solutions powering Mobileye’s self-driving car, crowd-sourced HD maps, and advanced driver-assistance systems.
What will your job look like?
- Provide ongoing administrative support for senior management
- Manage the day-to-day calendar of senior management and schedule meetings
- Lead administrative processes and projects within the group
- Assist with ad hoc projects, communications, email management, and/or meeting materials as requested
- Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Attend and summarize meetings, track, and follow up on relevant items
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with the senior management of the group
All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in a similar position
- High level of English
- High level of written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills essential - able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task when managing a heavy workload
- Highly resourceful problem solver and a fast learner who gets things done
- Flexibility and adaptability to various changing working conditions
