Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of Marketing & Design Executive, based in Al Khobar.

Objective
:
The primary purpose of the Marketing & Design Executive is to seamlessly blend creative design with strategic acumen. This position aims to create a dynamic synergy between design creativity and marketing strategy, resulting in visually captivating collaterals, campaign designs that drive business growth and brand recognition. The role aims to enhance efficiency, streamline cross-functional collaboration, elevate the impact of our marketing initiatives and internal/external communications.

Duties Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute innovative marketing collaterals aligned with business goals.
  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentations and email templates in line with business goals and brand guidelines
  • Execute marketing of the products and brand to internal and external customers
  • Create designs that effectively communicate campaign messages and resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic design, marketing, business administration, fine arts or in relevant field (Mandatory)
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent through proven experience) in relevant field. (Preferable)
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Business Development, Graphic Designer Marketing and Sales. (Mandatory)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Graphic Design Proficiency
  • Branding & Identity
  • Time Management
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to transform concepts into compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Produce captivating visual content for both digital and print media, aligned with the brand's guidelines and key messages
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
