Be a key part of our admin team, providing effective customer service and support to our staff and students in our established RTO. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering top-notch phone service.
  • Handling inquiries from current and prospective students.
  • Addressing questions about enabling programs from potential students.
  • Precise data entry.
  • Engaging with students for feedback and support.
  • Managing filing, archiving, scanning, and printing.
  • Reviewing incoming documents.
  • Controlling office supplies.
  • Answering phone calls.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Comfort with Student Management Systems, ideally Vettrak.
  • Ability to work under supervision.
  • Team player in a busy environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Prior experience in high-level administrative support.
  • Apt at escalating issues to Compliance and Management Team.
