Your skills
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related area
- Prior experience from a leading management consulting or other professional services firm
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in banking projects such as: strategy projects, product development, re-organization projects, regulatory projects, efficiency improvement projects, in a bank or in the strategy & regulatory department of a consulting firm.
- Strong top-down analytical, problem-solving skills as well as result-oriented attitude and a pragmatic mind-set
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong team and client trust relationships through business-oriented mind-set
- Proven creativity with the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- A self-starter approach, keen to learn and build expertise
- Fluency in French and English; any other language is considered as an asset
