A cafe serving up coffee, juices and hearty brunch options, in the lovely East Coast Park (Marine Cove, location is easily accessible by public transport). We are looking for motivated individuals to join our kitchen:

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team player.
Job description:
- Coordinate food production, stock and quality
- Ensure station is organized so that meals go out on time and the work area remains clean and orderly
- Rotates between different stations whenever needed to learn more
- Constantly check the quality of food prepared with regards to taste and temperature according to the company standard
- Ensure uniform presentation of all dishes
- Monitor and fully implement the portion control established with the recipes to reduce spoilage and wastage
- Oversee the cleanliness of kitchen, the equipment, work stations and environment.
