RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide phone, email, and administrative support services while adhering to quality assurance standards and standard operating procedures.
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls while offering information and assistance about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as customer complaints and general inquiries.
- Demonstrate accuracy in verifying customer coverage and processing client policy modifications
- Proactively engage with customers, handle complaints by offering appropriate responses and alternatives and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise and take the extra mile to engage in interaction
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- A minimum of one year BPO experience or in a customer facing role handling calls, setting appointments and providing customer support
- Experience in the insurance service industry is a PLUS
- A self learner, proactive and with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent English command and a team player
- Own work equipment: Desktop computer with camera or laptop computer with WINDOWS Operating System (OS) and MS Office
- USB noise-canceling headphone
- At least 25 Mbps internet speed and back up internet
- Amenable to work during weekends and night shift (Pacific Standard Time, USA)
- Available to start immediately (Employed candidates not accepted)
