For one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the role of HR Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage highly sensitive employee relations cases in coordination with employees, managers, and HR Business Partners in the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region
- Coordinate internal investigations of HR-related concerns raised by the employees across the CEE region, supporting HR Business Partners in fact finding & interview processes
- Schedule interviews pertaining to ongoing investigations in coordination with relevant parties
- Prepare relevant materials including Performance Improvement Plans and Warning Letters in compliance with local regulations and company policy
- With support from HR Business Partners, ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies/guidelines
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Sciences and/or Business Management)
- 3-5 years of experience in HR function, preferably in multi-national corporate environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in investigations of the HR cases preferable
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and labor law
- Comfortable working with data and good excel skills
- Fluent knowledge of English and Czech
