HR Specialist [Czech Republic]

For one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the role of HR Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage highly sensitive employee relations cases in coordination with employees, managers, and HR Business Partners in the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region
  • Coordinate internal investigations of HR-related concerns raised by the employees across the CEE region, supporting HR Business Partners in fact finding & interview processes
  • Schedule interviews pertaining to ongoing investigations in coordination with relevant parties
  • Prepare relevant materials including Performance Improvement Plans and Warning Letters in compliance with local regulations and company policy
  • With support from HR Business Partners, ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies/guidelines

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Human Sciences and/or Business Management)
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR function, preferably in multi-national corporate environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in investigations of the HR cases preferable
  • Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and labor law
  • Comfortable working with data and good excel skills
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Czech
