A dedicated and ambitious HR Retail Operations Manager to join the retail team and support building an excellent People Operations function at scale.

Your responsibility with us:

  • As an HR Retail Operations Manager (m/w/d) you manage compliance requirements in close collaboration with relevant in-country managers to meet legal obligations (e.g., audits, policies, and payroll processes).
  • You manage all data requests and dashboard requirements needed by relevant managers in each country.
  • You manage international employment issues in collaboration with relevant managers and participate in the operational aspects of managing our global workforce.
  • You lead on system implementations, improvements and support on the delivery of our retail strategy.
  • You work closely together with our Head of Retail and support strategic projects (e.g. manage operational processes of our benefits offerings, looking to improve how we manage these and develop them as we move forward on our journey).

Your profile:

  • You own a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a proven track of at least 3 years as an HR coordinator/Admin/Officer or in a relevant HR role with solid knowledge of employee government legislation (Austria, Germany and/or France).
  • You have a proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Connecteams and Personio.
  • You love a fast-paced environment where you need to deliver quickly and have excellent organizational skills as well as attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • You are an analytical mindset, good at crunching numbers and you sweat the small stuff because mastering the detail matters to you.
  • Your name promises flexibility and you adapt with ease to new situations, develop new processes and take change in your stride and thrive on the space that this provides.
  • You are well known for your strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • You hold a valid work permit for Austria.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 42,000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications, there is a readiness for overpayment.
