THIS JOB IS FOR PERMANENT AND LONG TERM POSITION

Job Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the payroll of the company including distribution of payslips & computation of deductions in salary like SSS, Philhealth, HDMF contributions, taxes withheld, etc.
  • Computes sick leave, vacation leave and 13th month of employees
  • Strictly implements rules and regulations and give appropriate memos and warnings as necessary
  • Organizes employee files
  • Checks attendance of factory workers
  • Prepares remittances of reports like SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, withheld taxes. etc.
  • Assesses & performs legal and administrative duties such as tax compliance. Avoidance of legal challenges by compliance with legal requirements like payment deadlines, tax duties, permits and other compliance requirements.
  • Processing of transaction in government offices/agencies.
  • Knowledgeable in policies, procedures, forms & others in accordance to Labor Code practice and BIR Code.
  • Improves current practices in accounting department & other departments
  • Handles petty cash fund

Job Requirements:

  • Must be willing to be assigned in Las Pinas City with working hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Psychology or equivalent
  • Must have excellent oral and written skills
  • Must have professionalism & employee confidence by keeping information confidential
  • Must be able to accept additional work responsibilities from time to time

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
