Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Profit and loss for the country looking after sales, service operations, finance, and administration departments.
- Sales and Business Development: from strategy to execution, make sure that the company is able to reach its volume and target.
- People Management: Lead the team from the front, be an example, and support the team to close the deals.
- Train and coach a high-performance sales team.
- Country representative to align with local authorities and external partners.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Preferred to have candidates who have worked within food & beverage or Analytic Instruments
- CAPEX experience and pipeline management is a must.
- Experience with P&L
- Financial: Good with number and be able to driving a profitable business.
- A team player with strong leadership skills. Leading from the front with current sales team and work closely with VP of service to deliver the world class service to customers.
- Customer oriented: hands-on meeting with customers and building long & trusting relationships.
- Sales: Understand the know-how on pipeline management and leveraging the current sales system to achieve annual budget.
- Passionate to further develop his/her leadership skills.
- Communication: must have experience in global reporting before.
- Fluent in English + Vietnamese
