Purpose
Main Responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for various tasks in Finance department including support for Finance Manager, invoicing, work with SAP and other various tasks
Invoicing – responsibility for evidence and invoice process
Daily work in SAP (create SAP orders, create SAP suppliers, control of orders in SAP) and Pac Files (tool for budget and costs planning)
Process daily and travel allowance
Accounting of travel books (SAP)
Billing of travel reimbursements and process of reimbursement in Concur system
Process daily and travel allowance
Cooperation with external payroll provider
Support with budget planning
Support with controlling tasks, responsibility for assigned cost centers
Manage cashier agenda and ensure meal vouchers process
Checking and settling employee card balance
Accounting for leases
Ensure payment card for employees
Experience Required
At least 1 year experience in a similar position
Working with SAP, system is advantage
Advanced user of Excel
Education
University degree or minimum high school education with finance background
Languages
Native language (Czech) and fluent in English
