Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cybersecurity plans and policies
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in the organization’’s systems and networks
Monitor and analyze network activity to identify potential threats
Respond to security breaches and incidents
Provide technical support for cybersecurity systems
Train employees on cybersecurity best practices
Research and stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats
Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure the security of the organization’’s systems and data
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in similar position
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and industry standards
Relevant certifications, such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of programming languages and computer systems
Ability to work well under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor’’s degree in a field related to cybersecurity, such as computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity
